Premier Booth: Each 10'x6' booth space will be located on the first row of vendors. This space includes White Pipe & Drape, electric, one 8 foot table, linen, two chairs and a listing in the program. Only one vendor per category can book in the Premier Section, this is first come first serve!
Premier booth categories secured: Disc Jockey
Double Booth: Each 20'x6' booth space will include two 8 foot tables, linens, four chairs and a listing in the program.
Extended Booth: Each 15'x6' booth space will include one 8 foot table, linen, two chairs and a listing in the program.
Standard Booth: Each 10'x6' booth space will include one 8 foot table, linen, two chairs and a listing in the program.
Booth Location:The details for your booth location will be sent to you two weeks before the expo.
Parking: On-site parking is available and details will be given at Exhibitor Installation.
Internet and Electricity: Wi-Fi will be available at no additional fee. Exhibitors requiring internet will be given the password the day of the expo. Electricity is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need electricity, you must indicate the need for it on the Registration Form. You are responsible for providing a power cord.
Food Samples: If you are planning to serve food samples, you need to fill out the additional questions you will be emailed. You will be responsible for providing the equipment, food and permits. In addition, vendor agrees to not utilize any kitchen facilities at the show
Guest Mail List: A list of attending brides will be made available to exhibitors within one week after the expo.
Door Prize: We encourage Exhibitors to offer a booth prize, it is a great way to collect contact info from brides. This year’s Exhibitors are responsible for distributing prizes and contacting the winner. The bridal show management will award one Grand Prize at the end of the Fashion show.
Rules and Guidelines
Exhibitor set-up is from 9:00 – 11:30 AM. All vendors MUST be set up by 11:30 AM. All booths must remain set up until the expo ends at 3:00 PM. All Vendor equipment must be out of the space by 4:00 PM. Anything left behind will be disposed of immediately after the expo.
Show Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
Show Management will make reasonable efforts to assign the exhibit size and location of Vendor’s choice; however, Show Management reserves the right to alter vendor booths, the show floor plan and/or relocate the location of the Vendor.
Any backdrop must be presentable from front and back. Management must be informed of backdrop at time of registration so we can assign your booth accordingly.
In the event of extenuating circumstances, Show Management will reschedule and/or procure alternative space for the show, at their discretion.
All sales are final.
